UK STANDARD DELIVERY: FREE on all orders to UK addresses (normally 3-10 working days)
Option: UK Express Delivery: £7.95 per address (1-2 working days).
Europe Delivery: £9.95 per address and may take up to 12 working days. We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.
Other World - Australia, Canada, Dubai, Hong Kong, Japan, Netherland Antilles, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE & USA: £12.95 per address and may take up to 21 working days - please note: maximum weight 1kg.
We use Royal Mail and Courier services which require a signature – this helps us ensure safe delivery. Please note orders cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.
All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs delays. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions any local import duty and taxes are for you to pay.

Generally, all products are in stock and we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order within the estimated timescales (standard delivery 3-10 working days and express delivery 1-2 working days) we will contact you by email or telephone.
We aim for 100% in stock availability but If an item is out of stock we will always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates. Please note: some sale items are on a longer dispatch time as stock turnaround is higher on these items and they may not be available for express delivery.
Our customer services team update this information daily but occasionallly we may be unable to deliver if stock runs out at the manufacturer, delivery times are extended by the manufacturer, stock is withdrawn or there are circumstances beyond our control. If this happens you will be contacted asap and offered an alternative item or you may cancel your order.
Some items of our most popular swimwear are available to pre-order and the expected delivery date is shown next to each individual product. We offer this service as some customers prefer to secure their size in a particular style and therefore avoid the disappointment of it being out of stock at a later date.

Every order comes beautifully gift wrapped in layers of tissue and tied with a ribbon. It will then be placed in postal packaging.
For an extra £3.75 your special item can be sent in a Luxury Gift Box. You can find this option under LAZE - just click Add To Basket for it to be included. Please note that gift boxes are only available for UK delivery with a maximum of 2 items per box and do not apply to the larger items such as cushions and blankets. If you would like us to add a gift card with a personal handwritten message, please click on CONTACT US and complete the form with your message.
Shopping with Lazeme is safe and easy. Browse our departments, then if you like the look of something you see just click on the image of the item to see a full description and view more images.
Use the drop down boxes to select from the different colours and sizes and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket by clicking on ‘Add to Basket’. You can then add additional items to your basket by clicking on "Continue Shopping" or proceed to the "Checkout".

You can review or revise your order at any time by clicking ‘View My Basket'.
When you have finished shopping, click the ‘’Checkout’ button. At this stage you will have the choice of registering with us. You will be asked to provide your personal details and then you will need to choose your preferred delivery option.
(If you have a promotional code, enter it into the box on the shopping basket page. Only one code can be used per order. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, sales or discounts and may only be used once. Discounts do not apply to delivery and other charges.)
Once all the details have been completed you will need to click ‘place order now’.
When you place your order you will be forwarded to a secure payment page which will display the closed padlock icon reassuring you that you are in a safe shopping environment. You will then be asked to enter your payment details. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering and are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Finally, click the ‘’make payment’ button. Payment for all products will be taken at the time of placing an order.
After you have placed an order we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products and cost of that order.

Once you have registered with us, Lazeme will keep all registered details confidential. We provide a password system to enable you to log in and shop again without having to fill out your details every time. If you forget your password at any time, contact us at email@example.com

An explanation of 3D Secure
Your security is very important to us and to offer you even more protection when shopping online, we have teamed up with Visa and Mastercard.
When you order from Lazeme and, if your bank is participating, you may be asked to register for either Mastercard SecureCode or Verified by Visa. These work in the same way as Chip and Pin, protecting your card with a password against unauthorised use. You may have already set up your password when you last made a purchase with another participating internet retailer.
To set up your password, simply follow the online instructions before completing your purchase. This is a one-off registration process and, after you’ve chosen your password, all future orders with us and other participating internet retailers will be completed with this added security.

We hope you will love your Lazeme purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied you can return goods to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive the items. For detailed information on Returns and how refunds will be processed see our Terms and Conditions
All items should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear and that the hygiene strip is not removed. We reserve the right to refuse returned items where these conditions have not been met.
To return or exchange an item:
Method of returns is at the customer's discretion but we strongly recommend retaining proof of postage for all items up to a value of £20 (the maximum insurance cover for Royal Mail first class post) and post Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery for items above £20 (the maximum insurance cover for Royal Mail Signed For is £50 and for Royal Mail Special Delivery is £500) as we will not be responsible for goods lost in transit. The cost of returning the goods to us will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Please note: Delivery charges are not refundable unless you cancel your contract for the entire order within 7 working days of receipt and return all items to us (for information on how to cancel your order see below).
To cancel an order: You have a statutory right under the UK Distance Selling Regulations to cancel the contract for your entire order with us within 7 days of receiving the items provided you inform us in writing or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org that you wish to exercise this right and return the entire order to us. (Note: this is only applicable to EU consumers). Full details of your consumer rights can be found under our Terms and Conditions and you will be required to agree to these before an order is placed. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com Delivery charges will not be refunded unless you exercise your right to cancel the entire order. If you return part of an order delivery charges are non-refundable.
Q. Why don't we offer free returns when some of our competitors do?
A. Most companies that offer free returns absorb these costs in other ways, ie. by putting up the price of their products or postage. We charge a flat rate postage regardless of the number of items ordered and aim to ship items as quickly as possible. We also carefully handwrap all orders. We have decided to keep these costs as low as possible and let you know that it's our policy to charge for returns.
Always follow the care label in each item for specific guidelines.
Remember to wash dark, light & coloured fabrics separately.
Sleepwear: Please note some items may be dry clean only. Where handwashing instructions apply, we highly recommend using gentle soap flakes or a quality hand washing liquid.
Swimwear: Always rinse your swimwear after every use in fresh water. If necessary, handwash in cool soapy water and rinse well. Dry immediately but do not tumble dry. Keep swimwear away from direct sunlight or artificial heat sources.
